We met Derick and learned about him through a common interest in Real Estate. We were about to complete a renovation in one of our rental properties and thought it would be great to hire him as someone who is familiar with construction, and someone we could learn from. Derick helped us plane out our floor joists, replace sub-floor, lay new flooring and trim, and installed sound proofing between floors. All of this while working his regular framing job. He worked with us on evenings and weekends to ensure the job got done. Derick’s work ethic is second to none. He is dedicated to getting jobs done right and working hard to make it happen. Since working with us, Derick has worked on several other jobs and completed a single family home conversion to a duplex. He is easy to work with, dedicated, and enthusiastic. We will absolutely hire him again. We have also discussed partnering with him on a real estate project or two in the near future.
