Derek was great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the process and steps involved. Quote was very reasonable and workmanship was excellent. Once the permits were obtained the actual build was completed quickly. Amazing crews for all the steps/processes.

Derek paid a lot of attention to detail, responded quickly when we had a question and had good ideas for our project.  I would highly recommend him as a contractor. Derick from Vantage Built met with us in hopes of adding an addition onto our home. Not only was his team able to build us the addition of our dreams he made the entire process seamless and completely stress free.
Derick talked to us every step of the way and always ensured we knew what was happening next. His team worked quickly but never missed a single detail.
Every contractor who assisted in our build was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in their trade. Not to mention all very friendly.
Derick and his team quickly became more than just contractors but friends. Their friendly demeanours grabbed the attention of our two children as well. Our son was in heaven watching all the construction. Derick and his team always made sure to include him on any projects he was able to lend a little helping hand with. This meant the world to him as well as us.
I recommend Vantage Built a thousand times over. We will be using them in the future for any other building needs. If you want quality professional work these are yuh guys!

I hired Derick and his team to renovate the front porch, the garage door trims and the back porch. I did not want wood posts anymore and Derick was very helpful with advice on materials and options. We went through several design options and he took care of the city permit. Once the work started the team was vey efficient and all very nice. All paid attention to details and all adjustments required along the way were taken care off. I am quite happy with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to rehire this company for my next project.
